What shall I wear?
Comfortable clothing, sportswear preferably black. Equipment and club clothing can be purchased at the shop on location.

What footwear should I bring?
No outdoor footwear permitted on the mats, wrestling boots, boxing boots or bare feet.

Do I need boxing gloves or any other equipment?
Boxing gloves and equipment are required going forwards but they are not necessary for trial classes. Equipment is for sale at the shop and dependant on the membership you go for will be provided on startup.

Am I tied into a contract?
No ongoing contract just a requirement of 1 months notice before cancellation.

Do I have to train on a specific day of the week?
Memberships are flexible and you can use your memberships on any given training day on the timetable.

Do you cater for beginners?
We cater for all levels.

Can I pay per session?
We are a membership only Martial arts school, you cannot pay for a single session at a time.
